Our History Thies & Talle Management, Inc. was founded over 25 years ago in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota as a private manager and owner of quality rental housing. Since that time, Thies & Talle Management has grown to over 80 communities in five Midwestern states. With properties encompassing urban, suburban, and rural areas; and ranging from high-end luxury housing to government-assisted housing, Thies & Talle continues to focus on the long-term quality of its properties and superior service to residents.

Locations With corporate offices based in Chanhassen, Minnesota, Thies & Talle properties can be found in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Michigan in small towns and urban areas. Employment Benefits The company also provides excellent benefits to its employees and their families. Some of our benefits are offered at no cost to the employee. Other benefits are coluntary and the employee pays all or a part of the premium. Upon acceptance of employment, a detailed benefits information package is sent to the employee.
