Our Seattle, WA office has an exciting opportunity for an Inspector Level III-IV. In this role you will serve in a critical role as part of our life safety inspections team! We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job and providing world class service to our customers.

• Test and Inspect commercial fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and fire extinguishing systems
• Interface with customers daily in a professional manner
• Understand/ learn/ apply NFPA code requirements
• Identify all deficiencies during all assigned inspections
• Willingness to learn/ take direction from Sr. Inspectors and Inspections Supervisor
• Generate reports for all inspections and submit to the customer/ office
• High level problem solving skills
• Self motivated
• Reliable Transportation
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team
• Move up ladders and work in unusual conditions
• Work flexible hours
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 year Fire Sprinkler/ Fire Alarm Knowledge
• NICET Level II required
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems
• Must be backflow certified or willing to obtain this within 6 months of employment
